Thanksgiving, Halloween, Diwali, Hanukkah, Christmas...there is lots to celebrate in the autumn! Many traditional ways of celebrating can cause waste, such as wrapping paper that can’t be recycled, plastic decorations, and buying gifts. Fortunately, there are lots of ways to have just as much fun with less waste.

Holding a door-decorating contest for the whole school, using ONLY reused/recycled materials

Organize a sustainable gift wrapping booth using forest-friendly materials to create unique and memorable presents
